  • Check-in procedure: check-in is self check-in and hotel operations are managed remotely. You will receive a custom door code via text message prior to your stay. This code allows access through the front and patio doors. There will not be employees present during time of check-in or during your stay. If you need assistance please call the hotel number.

  • Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm

    Check-out is at 11:00 am.

  • We love dogs and gladly welcome quiet, non-aggressive dogs in our rooms. Dogs must stay on-leash at all times, inside the hotel and outside as well. Owners are responsible for their dogs behavior and cleaning up their messes.

    Well-groomed & well-behaved pets are welcome. The pet fee is $30.

    If your pet ends up disturbing other guests, we may ask you to find other accommodations.

    We will provide a food and water bowl, waste bags, and additional bed sheet with prior arrangement.

  • Definitely! The hotel sleeps up to 22 guests.

    Our space is great for retreats, reunions, or group get-togethers. Call for available dates. We require a deposit of 50% of the total booking fee. Deposits are non refundable.

  • There will be no refunds for cancellations but we will accept rebooking of rooms for a later date. All guests may rebook their reservation free of charge. All rebooking requests will be taken by telephone or email. Guests will be responsible for any increase in rates between their original and new booking. Refunds are not provided for early departures or for inclement weather.

    For large parties and buyouts, we do not offer deposit refunds.

    Your credit card is on file as a guarantee.

  • If there is damage, missing, or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. We realize accidents do happen and appreciate you letting us know of certain stains that need to be taken care of promptly.

    If we have to replace bed coverings due to stains you will be charged a $200 replacement fee.

  • Please note that all of our rooms are up a flight of stairs.

  • Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping or marijuana) is prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas of the hotel.

    Smoking is permitted in the back patio area. Please be respectful of other guests.
