Please note:  We source locally whenever possible and purchase organic & grass fed whenever possible.  We smoke with wine soaked oak barrel chips from locally made wine. We smoke our Himalayan pink salt, peppercorns & roast our garlic in organic olive & avocado oils to give our dishes a distinct unique taste.
